Kittsee apricots

Spring blossoms. Summer tastes.

Apricot orchards are part of Kittsee’s identity. The trees bloom from late March into April, followed by the harvest in July. The fruit is sold fresh or turned into preserves, pastries and fine spirits.

Quiet paths through the orchards, farm-gate stalls and seasonal events make apricot season a special time to visit.
